The alarm continuously monitors the CO levels detected within a room. These units can be wall mounted or free standing. Powered by 3 replaceable AA batteries (supplied). The ten year life refers to the CO sensor and is not an indication of battery life.
The 5CO has power and alarm states LED indicators with a Test/ Reset button. It sounds when a concentration of CO is detected from 50 parts per million with a loud 85 decibel alarm.
When batteries are low there is a handy warning chirp and LED signal. Also, an end of life warning signal alerts you when the alarm needs replacing.
Dimensions (H x W x D) = 72 x 126 x 35mm.
